ESCANABA — A woman arrested after a meth lab was discovered at an Escanaba residence entered a plea in Delta County Circuit Court Tuesday morning.
Twenty-five-year old Stacey Osby pleaded guilty to operating or maintaining a meth lab. As a result of the plea agreement, habitual offender status will be dropped from the charge. A preliminary Cobb’s evaluation anticipated a sentence length of twenty months to twenty years.
Osby was arrested after Delta County Sheriff’s Deputies found the lab at a house on the 300 block of South 18th Street while executing a warrant. She is scheduled to be sentenced on April 19th.
