Meth Lab Bust Prelim Exam
A judge has found there’s enough evidence against a Marquette man from a meth lab bust for the case to go to trial.
42–year–old Troy Croschere has had his District Court preliminary exam this week.
He’s been bound over to Circuit Court, and his arraignment there is scheduled for June 14th.
Croschere was arrested on May 11th at the Pioneer Village mobile home park.
The Upper Peninsula Substance Enforcement Team executed a search warrant at his home after receiving a tip about a possible meth lab.
Police say three meth labs were found in the home and a shed on the property.
Croschere faces 20–year felonies for possession of controlled substances and operating a meth lab.
He’s being held in the Marquette County Jail on $50,000 bond.
