Meth case moving forward

ESCANABA — A Gladstone woman charged with operating and maintaining a meth lab in Delta County is headed to Circuit Court.

Twenty–two–year old Destiny Aker waived her preliminary exam in District Court and was bound over.

She was one of three people arraigned after investigations into the discovery of meth–making components at several sites around the county.

Thirty–four year old Kristy Bichler of Gladstone, who faces the same twenty–year felony charge, is scheduled to enter a plea in Circuit Court on June 1st.
