Marquette Township Murder Update

State Police detectives from the Negaunee Post are still working hard on the murder of the owner of a Marquette Township pawn shop.

But the shooting of Robert Dusseau wasn’t all that happened in or around the store last Tuesday.

Police say cash, a long gun, a handgun and a DVR recorder were all stolen from the Quik Cash & Guns store.

The image you see here with this story is a sketch artist’s rendering of a suspect seen at the store about when the murder is believed to have happened.

State Police say it’s a white male in his late 20s or early 30s, wearing a tan hooded sweatshirt that had a zipper front.

Detectives say Dusseau’s missing car was found in the parking lot of Birchview Apartments on Werner Street.

Surveillance cameras caught the suspect parking Dusseau’s Pontiac Vibe in the lot at 7:30 that night and walking away in the area of Werner and Erickson Streets.

The federal ATF has raised the reward for information leading to an arrest and conviction from $5,000 to $10,000.
