MARQUETTE — A man arrested on marijuana charges after an Upper Peninsula Substance Enforcement Team investigation has been bound over to Circuit Court.

Twenty-seven-year old Christopher Chezik waived his preliminary exam in Marquette County District Court Tuesday morning and was bound over. He also waived his Circuit Court arraignment. Chezik is charged with delivery or manufacture of marijuana.

Chezik was arrested December 2nd by UPSET detectives after he was observed passing a large amount of marijuana to another party in a parking lot in Marquette. Chezik is out on a 10% of $10,000 bond.
