Man gets jail time for narcotic delivery

ESCANABA — A man arrested for delivery of prescription narcotics has received his sentence Tuesday morning in Delta County Circuit Court.

Forty–six–year old Kenneth Dacko was given one year in jail and eight months probation. He was also given credit for 82 days served. Dacko pleaded guilty to one count of delivery or manufacture of a schedule one, two, or three narcotic last month.

He was arrested by Upper Peninsula Substance Enforcement Team detectives after an investigation in the city of Escanaba in December.
