MARQUETTE — A man arrested in connection to a break-in at a coffee shop last year has entered a guilty plea.

Nineteen-year-old Clay Overmyer pleaded guilty to one count of breaking and entering with intent in Marquette County Circuit Court. That’s a felony charge up that carries a maximum sentence of up to ten years in prison.

Overmyer was arrested last July after he broke into the Cruise and Coffee in Marquette and made away with an undisclosed amount of money.

He will be back in circuit court on June 24th for sentencing.
