Man facing Criminal Sexual Conduct charges pleads guilty
IRON MOUNTAIN — An Iron Mountain man charged with several felony counts, including criminal sexual conduct, has entered a plea agreement.
Michael Holmes, 27, pleaded guilty Monday in Dickinson County Circuit Court to Computers – Internet – Communicating with another to commit crime, Criminal Sexual Conduct – Third Degree and Possession of Child Sexually Abusive Material.
Four other charges against him were dropped as a result of the plea agreement. Holmes was arrested by the Iron Mountain Police Department in April after they received information on a runaway juvenile in Wisconsin was staying at a residence in Iron Mountain.
Holmes will be sentenced on December 6th.
