IRON MOUNTAIN — A man is currently in jail for several criminal sexual conduct charges after police received information in reference to runaway juvenile from Wisconsin.

The Iron Mountain Police Department reports that 27-year old Michael Holmes of Iron Mountain has been formally charged with four felony counts of criminal sexual conduct, one felony count of possession of child sexually abusive material, one felony count of child sexually abusive activity and one felony count of communicating with another person to commit another crime via the Internet.

The police report that they received information in reference to a runaway juvenile from Wisconsin at a residence in the city Wednesday evening. Holmes was arrested as a result of the investigation and is lodged in the Dickinson County Correctional Center on a $75,000 cash or surety bond.

He is scheduled for a preliminary hearing in district court on April 27th.
