M-69 Truck Accident Follow-Up
The name of the man who died in a weekend truck crash in Sagola Township has been released.
State Police from the Iron Mountain Post say the victim is 54–year–old James Carlson of foster city.
He died in an accident on M–69 shortly before 2:30 Central time Saturday afternoon.
Police say Carlson was heading west on the road, just east of M–95, when his pickup truck crossed the center line into the path of a logging truck.
Carlson died at the scene.
The logging truck driver was treated at Dickinson County Memorial Hospital for minor injuries and released.
