Sawyer International Airport is back to full operation – after runway lighting repairs.
Flights at Sawyer International Airport on Tuesday night were re-routed.
The Airport lost use of it’s runway lights, forcing to in-bound flights to be re-routed. American Eagle and Delta Airlines Flights were cancelled. The American Eagle Flight was re-routed to Green Bay and is expected to head back to Marquette sometime Wednesday morning.
The Airport expects to have the runway back in working condition sometime after 8am.
