Lake Linden Man Arrested for Domestic Violence
In Calumet, a Lake Linden man is in police custody after a domestic incident Wednesday night involving a gun.
Troopers from the Calumet Post of the Michigan State Police, say a 35 year old woman from the village of Lake Linden called police around 11 p.m. saying a verbal argument with her husband had turned physical.
She said her 38 year old husband ended up taking out a shot gun and pointed it at her. The woman left the residence and called police.
The man was arrested for felonious assault. He was lodged at the Houghton County jail. The case is being reviewed by the Houghton County Prosecutor’s Office.
