Iron River home invasion co-defendants make pleas in court
Two Iron River residents entered guilty pleas for their involvement in a June 2013 home invasion.
Brittany Marvin, 23 pled guilty to larceny in a building. A second charge of second degree home invasion was dropped.
Her co-defendant, Jordan Luckey, 22, also entered a plea on that case and a number of others. It is unknown at this time exactly what he pled to.
Luckey is charged with a total of 15 counts, including four felonies.
He had three separate trials scheduled for June, July, and August. Marvin had a trial scheduled for July.
Instead, the pair will be sentenced in Iron County Trial Court in June.
