Iron Mountain suspect who allegedly damaged vehicles to appear in court

The 20-year-old Iron Mountain man who allegedly damaged three vehicles in June will have his case move forward.

Michael Budrick underwent a competency exam earlier this summer and now has been deemed competent for his case to continue.  He will appear in Dickinson County District Court Friday for a hearing.  Budrick is facing four charges, including carrying a concealed weapon and larceny in a building.
