Iron Mountain accidental shooting case returning to court in February

IRON MOUNTAIN — Two Iron Mountain residents facing drug and weapons charges after an accidental shooting have waived their right to have a Circuit Court arraignment.

Anthony Warner, 25, and Tiffany Ness, 22, are both charged with delivery or manufacture of marijuana and ‘felony firearms’, which are felonies. Warner is also accused of reckless use of a firearm, which is a misdemeanor. ‘Habitual offender, second offense’ status has been attached to his case.

The two are scheduled for a pretrial conference on February 17th.

Warner unintentionally shot himself in the hand in November at a residence on East B Street in Iron Mountain. The Iron Mountain Police Department has said that their officers saw criminal activity while they were at the scene.
