Huskies make NCAA soccer tourney

For the first time in school history, the Michigan Tech women’s soccer team is going dancing. The Huskies were one of 48 schools to make the NCAA Division II Women’s Soccer Tournament.

Michigan Tech is the #6 seed in the Midwest Region. They will face #3 Wisconsin-Parkside on Friday, Nov. 15 in Quincy, Ill.

The Huskies lost 5-1 to Wisconsin-Parkside back on Sept. 7. If the Huskies defeat the Rangers, they would play against #2 Quincy on Sunday, Nov. 17.

Michigan Tech started its women’s soccer program back in 2010.
