Houghton Man Sentenced
A Houghton man will spend the next several months in jail after being sentenced on a charge of aggravated assault in court yesterday.
22-year-old Rex Crouch was given the opportunity to speak to the court prior to his sentencing.
Crouch was accused of undressing a woman and taking pictures of her…including one while he was kissing her buttocks. The victim was unconscious at the time.
The judge said Crouch was fortunate to get off so lightly.
Crouch was sentenced to two years probation…of which the first nine months would be spent in Houghton County Jail.
