MARQUETTE — An Upper Peninsula hospital is undergoing a leadership change.

According to a statement from UP Health System – Marquette, Trent Crable has decided to step down from his position as CEO of the hospital. Officials say he is taking time off for personal reasons, and his last day will be July 29th. Crable has served as CEO since last October.

While officials say it’s too early to make an announcement, a strong candidate to fill Crable’s shoes has been identified. They hope to share that information with the community soon.
