Guilty plea in Iron Mountain meth lab case

IRON MOUNTAIN — A Kingsford man could spend up to 30 years in prison after pleading guilty to meth-related charges.

Dennis Schuirmann, 41, pleaded guilty to manufacture of meth and possession of meth in Dickinson County Circuit Court Monday.  The charges stem from a suspected meth lab found by the KIND Drug Enforcement Team on Pewabic Street in Iron Mountain in October.

He will be sentenced February 3.

His co-defendant, Anita Lindlbauer, 32, of Iron Mountain appeared for a pretrial conference where she requested a different attorney.  A new pretrial conference for her is scheduled for January 19.
