Guilty Plea in Domestic Violence Case
It was a guilty plea today in a Marquette County domestic violence case.
32-year-old Corey LeMieux was arrested last month on domestic violence, third offense, among other charges.
The Forsyth Township Police Department says the incident happened on Koski Lane on April 27th.
He entered a guilty plea today in Marquette County District Court to second-degree domestic violence and attempting to resist, obstruct or assault an officer.
A 70-year-old woman –- a relative of LeMieux’s –- was injured in the incident.
A neighbor helped police restrain LeMieux.
Sentencing is scheduled for June 18th.
