An Iron Mountain man has pled guilty to two charges after allegedly fleeing police last month.
Brandon Rose, 27, was arraigned in Dickinson County Circuit Court Monday on three charges: fleeing and eluding in the third degree, operating with a high B.A.C., and driving with a suspended license. However, he only pled guilty to fleeing in eluding in the fourth degree and operating with a high B.A.C..
The charges stem from a June 5th incident, during which Iron Mountain Police were called to the intersection of East B Street and Park Avenue for a reported fight between Rose and another family member. When officers arrived, Rose allegedly fled the scene before eventually crashing his vehicle into a power pole on Washington Street.
No assault charges were filed in the case.
Rose will be sentenced on the two charges that stuck in August.
