Golf: Bratonia leads UPGA after round two
GLADSTONE – Larry Bratonia followed up a first round score of 69 (-3) on Thursday with a 70 (-2). Bratonia is the leader after two rounds at the Upper Peninsula Golf Association Championship at the Gladstone Golf Club.
Jim Markell is in second place, two shots back of Bratonia. Markell was +1 on Friday after an opening round score of 68 (-4). He is -3 heading into the weekend. Behind Markell is Mark Clements in third at -1. Joe Quinn and Jon Brueggeman are at even par.
The championship flight of 16 golfers begins Saturday at 10 a.m. You can view the scores thru round two and tee times for Saturday by clicking here. The tournament concludes Sunday.
