Girl Arraigned in Menominee High School Bomb Threat

A 17 year old Menominee High School student was in court today…after being charged with making a bomb threat on Valentine’s Day.

The Menominee County Prosecutor’s Office has charged Justine Klingaman with one count of making a false report of a bomb threat. She was arraigned Wednesday.

The threat was found in a ladies’ restroom at the school on February 14th.

In that incident, students were evacuated from Menominee junior and senior high schools.

K–9 bomb dogs were brought in from Escanaba Public Safety and the Brown County, Wisconsin Sheriff’s Department.

Klingaman faces a preliminary hearing March 15th.
