Free Haircuts for Kids
Back to school shopping can cause a pinch in some family budgets. But, one Marquette County hair salon is doing something to ease the strain a little.
For the month of August, the JCPenney Salon in Marquette is offering free hair cuts for kids kindergarten age through sixth grade. The salon wants to send kids back to school in style. Is this a bit of a marketing gimmick– well, maybe it is. And, it may be a successful one!
Providing free haircuts might just make parents more likely to purchase back–to–school clothing and other goods.
The salon is offering the no–cost haircuts for kids through the month of August.
