Flasher arraigned in Marquette Co. Circuirt Court

The man accused of exposing himself along a bike path in Marquette was arraigned by mail in Marquette County Circuit Court.

Chase Walker Rowe, 28, is charged with one count of Indecent Exposure.

Rowe was arrested in late July on a bike path near the Peninsula Medical Center between Fair Avenue and Wright Street.  Police also believe he may be responsible for other indecent exposure incidents in the same area this summer.

Rowe will head back to Marquette County Circuit Court on September 20 at 1:00 p.m. for a scheduling conference.
