Fisherman Recovering from Fall
A Marquette man is recovering from injuries tonight after falling from a dock in Chocolay Township.
Township police responded to the scene just after 7pm last night.
The man was fishing off of a private dock when he fell into the water.
He landed on a partially submerged log, injuring his back.
Fortunately, he was able to call 911 for help from the water.
The fisherman was taken to Marquette General by Marquette General EMS.
