Firearms case bound to circuit court
Two men that were arrested for possessing firearms in Ontonagon County were bound over to circuit court Tuesday.
Chris Worachek, 34, and Andre Jones, 33, had a preliminary hearing in Ontonagon County District Court, but their case has been bound over to circuit court.
The two men were arrested in Matchwood Township on July 16 after Troopers from the Wakefield Post of the Michigan State Police were investigating a breaking and entering.
They are both charged with Felon in Possession of Firearms and are awaiting their circuit court arraignment.
