HOUGHTON — No one was hurt in a house fire Sunday afternoon in Houghton.

Officials say the call came in just after 2 p.m. from 108 Calverley Avenue. The two occupants were able to get out of the house before firefighters arrived.

Fire crews were able to keep the blaze isolated to one room. That room sustained extensive damage. The rest of the house had heavy water and smoke damage.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
