Waterfalls and Colors~ Walking Invasives Plant Workshop

Come and Hike! Come and Play! See many waterfalls and Fall colors along the way!

During this beautiful stretch of hiking we will be pointing out the different kinds of invasive plants that we may find in our watersheds as a walking workshop. A hands on approach for being a key compenent to helping identify potential invasive sites and problems. Learn what you can do to help keep these waterfalls flowing clean!

1:00PM – Meet at the 510 Bridge

Please bring a water bottle, trail snacks, good hiking boots, and dress for the weather. We will spend the afternoon visiting various waterfalls and also a hike on top to see the colors.

Also happening, is a Yellow Dog River Hike. Beginning Monday, Oct 10th through Friday, Oct 14th, Riverwalkerr will be on a 15 mile hike. Meet up with him along the way!

Tuesday evening: Pinnacle Falls
Wednesday evening: Ford/510 Bridge
Friday: Lake Superior/Mouth of the Iron
