The City of Marquette Arts and Culture Center announces the 2016 Halloween Spectacle. On Saturday, October 29, an alchemy of pageantry, music, theater, and dance will ignite the 100 Block of West Washington Street from 6-8 PM. Community members will be able to walk through interactive performances fit for all ages are encouraged to don their favorite costumes for the night. A special opening ceremony will take place at 6 PM and a closing ceremony at 7:45 PM.
