The Gourmet Gone Wild dinner will be October 10 at 7 p.m. at the Marquette Commons. Gourmet Gone Wild (GGW) introduces Michigan’s urban and suburban young professionals to conservation, stewardship, hunting, and fishing through local food systems.
The event is free to attend, and will feature a wild game dinner and cooking demonstrations.
The Gourmet Gone Wild-er outdoor adventure event, originally schedule for Saturday, will take place at a later date to avoid conflict with the Baraga Harvest Festival.
Registration for Friday night’s dinner is required. Register here: http://www.gourmetgonewild.org/gourmetgonewilder/oct-10-with-40-below-marquette-county-yp/
