September 6 marks (906) Day, a celebration for Yoopers across the world and right at home in the Upper Peninsula.
At the core of Yooper Steez, we have always been about celebrating the Upper Peninsula and creating a community for Yoopers near and far. Since starting (906) Day on a whim the 2012, it has grown to be a celebrated day for Yoopers everwhere as we celebrated the world’s greatest area code.
New to 906? Here’s the blog post from 2008 that began our obsession with the sphenic number.
