Escanaba woman receives sentence for drug charges

ESCANABA — An Escanaba woman who pleaded guilty to drug charges has been given her sentence.

Becky Pilon, 42, will face nine months in jail and must pay almost $700 in costs and fines. She was given credit for twenty days served.

Pilon was arrested in December after an Upper Peninsula Substance Enforcement Team investigation into delivery of prescription narcotics. She was charged with two counts of delivery of a schedule two narcotic, Buprenorphine.
