Enduro bike race coming to Marquette

The first ever Marquette Mountain Bike Enduro race is set for Sunday, Sept. 29 at 10 a.m. The race will begin at the Heartwood Trailhead on Highway 553.

Enduro Mountain Bike Racing incorporates both timed and non-timed segments during the race. The three timed segments will vary in length, from 1 to 2.5 miles.

Racers will have up to three hours to complete all three time timed segments. Registration for the race is $35 thru Saturday online at www.active.com. The price of the race increases to $40 on Sunday.
