MARINETTE, Wisc. — An Iron Mountain man arrested on drug charges in Wisconsin has entered a plea agreement.
According to Wisconsin Circuit Court Access records, 36-year-old Cornelius Woods appeared in Marinette County Circuit Court to plead no contest to possession with intent to deliver three grams or less of heroin. As a result of the agreement, a second and subsequent offense status and a cocaine charge were dismissed.
Woods was arrested early last month in connection to a two-month joint investigation by the KIND and Northeast Tri-County Drug Enforcement Teams. He is scheduled for sentencing on May 9th.
