WELLS TOWNSHIP — No one was injured in a house fire in Wells Township early Friday morning.

Officers from Escanaba Public Safety say they responded to the blaze at 6452 L.5 Road around 1:00 a.m. The owner reported that after having been gone for three hours, they returned home to find smoke filling up the structure.
