Emergency crews from throughout the Copper Country participated in a full scale emergence drill at the Houghton County Memorial Airport.
Officials say the drill helps bring all of the crews together to respond in such a situation.
The performance of the response teams are improving with each drill.
Ferrell Gas donated the propane for the exercise.
Emergency drills like the one yesterday are held once every three years.
