Delta County indecent exposure suspect pleads guilty
A Rapid River man has pleaded guilty to five counts in Delta County Circuit Court Friday in connection with indecent exposure incidents.
Thomas Lavigne, 29, pleaded guilty to four counts of aggravated indecent exposure and one count of gross indecency. The charges stem from his arrest in April from a number of flashing incidents in Delta County.
In a separate case, Lavigne pleaded guilty to two counts of malicious use of a telecommunications service and one count of using a computer to commit a felony. That incident took place in February.
He will be sentenced August 29.
Lavigne will have habitual offender, second offense status attached to each sentence, which will increase his jail time.
