Delta County Assault Arrest
A Perkins man is in the Delta County Jail, charged with felonious assault.
Michigan State Police from the Gladstone Post say the incident happened Tuesday night in Baldwin Township.
They say the attack involved a firearm, and they arrested the 51–year–old suspect near his home at about noon today.
The suspect was armed at the time of his arrest.
His name won’t be available until after he’s arraigned in 94th District Court, but he’s being held on $25,000 bond.
