Day 3 of Buck Murder Trial
It’s day 3 of the Menominee County murder trial for a man accused of a drug-related killing.
31-year-old Guy Buck of Antigo, Wisconsin is one of the 3 men charged in the death of 49-year-old Mark Keller, Sr.
Keller was found dead in his home in Menominee Township in May 2008.
Prosecutors say Buck and 2 other men tied up Keller, beat him and left him for dead after he’d ripped one of them off in a drug deal.
Testimony got underway yesterday, and court was in session until late this afternoon.
The prosecution presented its case today and will continue tomorrow as well.
