ISHPEMING — Do It For Daniel’s big premiere took place tonight.

Nearly a thousand people filed into the W.C. Peterson Auditorium for the highly anticipated documentary. It was a night of remembrance, but also a night that sparked needed dialogue about depression and anxiety.

“The community is coming together tonight to watch this in support of the Do It For Daniel foundation and to support the Olson family,” explained Ishpeming High School athletic director, Terry Roberts, “It’s going to be a tremendously special night, it’s going to be an emotional night, and it’s going to be a good night.”

As Coach Jeff Olson and the producers promised – people laughed, people cried, and people were educated. Tickets are still available at the door for tomorrow’s showing, which takes place at 2:00 p.m. If you can’t make it but still want to donate, visit Do-It-For-Daniel.com.
