Culture on the Catwalk
The winter weather from the weekend did nothing to dampen the enthusiasm for high fashion.
The 2nd annual Choice Fundraising fashion show was on the runway Saturday night in Marquette.
‘Culture on the Catwalk’ featured about two hours of current fashions from 19 different countries.
More than 200 people were entertained by not just the clothes but the stage presence of the models.
Guests were also treated to a special performance of the Belladinas, who captivated the crowd with their music and moves!
The event raised about $5,000 for the Marquette General Foundation’s capital campaign.
The money from the campaign will be used to buy a digital stereotactic breast biopsy machine for the hospital.
