MARQUETTE — A man accused of possessing child pornography and first-degree criminal sexual conduct has been bound over to circuit court.

Andrew Caron, 43, of Forsyth Township, will appear for arraignment in Marquette County Circuit Court on February 12th. District Court Judge Robert Kangas found that probable cause exists to bind the case over to circuit court.

Caron was in district court Thursday afternoon for his preliminary hearing. He was arrested by the Marquette County Sheriff’s Office in August.

Caron currently faces 39 felony counts. He remains incarcerated at the Marquette County Jail on $3.9 million bond.
