Copper Country United Way
‘Tis the season for giving, and what better way to give than to support the United Way?
The Copper Country United Way is currently running their annual fundraising campaign to support 15 local organizations, and the money stays right here.
The campaign runs through February, with a goal of $135,000.
So far, Copper Country United Way board president Grace Tousignant says only $34,000 has been donated, just over one–fourth of the money needed.
Money can be donated to the Copper Country United Way through payroll deduction, visiting their website or stopping by their office in Houghton.
