Chippewa Co. road work begins next week
Drivers in Chippewa County will want to watch for a highway repaving project scheduled to start next week.
MDOT says it’s resurfacing more than a mile of M-28 at the passing lanes east of Hulbert.
The work is scheduled to begin next Monday, May 20th, and its estimated completion date is June 21st.
Traffic shifts and intermittent lane closures will be needed, and MDOT says there will be a 13-foot width restriction on vehicles traveling through the work zone.
