Catholic Social Services Strengthening Families

Families who are facing difficulties with a substance abuse or mental health problem can get support here in the U.P.

Catholic Social Services of the Upper Peninsula is providing a free program called Strengthening Families.

The program begins a ten-week run tonight.

It’s intended for both parents and children.

Strengthening Families includes a free family meal, free child care for children under three and group sessions for both parents and children.

The goal of the program is to become better communicators.

You can register for upcoming sessions with Catholic Social Services of the U.P. at 227– 1119.

We’ll have more on the program at 11 tonight on abc 10 news now.
