FOREST COUNTY, WISC. — A man involved in a vehicle pursuit with police late last year has had his case bound over for trial.
A judge in Forest County, Wisconsin found that there was enough evidence to move forward in the case against 22–year–old Martin Cooper III of Iron River. Cooper was arrested in December after a police chase that started in Crystal Falls Township and ended in Wisconsin.
Cooper is charged with attempting to flee or elude a traffic officer, obstructing an officer, possession of THC second offense, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is set to appear for a final pre–trial hearing February 17th.
