Car hits house in Rapid River
A person who crashed a car into a home and fled the scene in Delta County has been found.
Michigan State Police from the Gladstone Post say the suspect was cited for careless driving, failure to report an accident and failure to change address.
The suspect drove a vehicle into a home on US-2 in Rapid River just before 5:00 this morning and then fled the scene.
There was extensive damage to the home and the vehicle.
The suspect’s name will be released pending arraignment in 94th District Court, which is scheduled to take place on Wednesday.
