Boyfriend of Gogebic County runaway arraigned on two charges
BESSEMER — The boyfriend of a Bessemer runaway was arraigned Monday morning on two misdemeanor charges.
Matthew Reder, 19, is charged with harboring a runaway and contributing to delinquency.
Reder’s 16-year-old girlfriend, Jordyn Mazanec, was listed as a runaway earlier this month. The two were located at an Ironwood Township motel a few days after her disappearance.
The Gogebic County Prosecutor’s Office said Reder is still in jail, but his next court appearance has not been set.
