Bomb Threat At Menominee High School

Police in Menominee have arrested a 17 year old girl in connection with a bomb threat at Menominee High School today. The threat was found in a second floor ladies restroom this morning.

Students were evacuated from Menominee Junior and Senior High Schools. K-9 bomb dogs were brought in from Escanaba Public Safety and the Brown County, Wisconsin Sheriff’s Department. School buildings and buses were searched.

Students were allowed back in the buildings a little after one this afternoon. The incident is still under investigation.
